Join Singapore's retained professional services platform. Bring your expertise — we'll bring the clients, the technology, and the firm infrastructure behind you.
Based on 60% revenue share. Actual earnings depend on portfolio size, specialisation, and client mix. No salary cap.
Everything you want from running your own practice — without the parts that drain you.
Earn 40–60% of everything you bill. High performers consistently out-earn senior manager roles at traditional firms — without the politics or the billable hour pressure from above.
No fixed hours. No mandatory office presence. Client deadlines are real, but how and when you meet them is entirely up to you. Build your week around your life, not the other way around.
No cold calling. No networking events. No pitching. Our marketing engine generates qualified enquiries and our team handles the onboarding — you simply start doing the work you're good at.
Billing, contracts, e-signatures, document management, CRM, compliance tracking — all handled by the platform. You focus on client work, not administration.
CPD programmes, structured peer review, and firm mentorship. Stay sharp, stay regulated, and stay connected — without the isolation of going completely solo.
You operate under MyCo's ACRA registration and professional indemnity. Clients get the trust of a regulated firm. You get independence without the overhead of incorporation.
We publish our revenue share structure openly. Your earnings are a direct function of the value you create — not a number decided in a performance review.
The table opposite illustrates what professionals at different portfolio sizes can expect. These are based on actual billing rates within our current network.
All figures are illustrative and pre-tax. Actual earnings depend on client portfolio, specialisation, billing rates, and hours committed. MyCo does not guarantee minimum earnings.
When you bring a client to MyCo, you serve them yourself — and you earn a referral bonus on top of your standard revenue share. The more you build your network, the more your practice grows.
There's no cap. No expiry. Every client you refer and retain contributes to your income for as long as the relationship lasts.
A straightforward onboarding process — typically completed in 2–3 weeks.

Agreement signed digitally. Platform access granted. We brief you on your first client profile and the tools available to you.
Start with one or two clients. As you deliver, your portfolio grows. Most professionals reach a full book within 6–12 months.
We work with qualified professionals across accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial disciplines. You should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience and a track record of working directly with clients.
"I left a Big Four firm after 11 years. I was billing $40K a month for the firm and taking home $8K. With MyCo, that math no longer makes sense."
"The hardest part of going solo was always finding clients. MyCo solved that completely. I've never made a cold call. My practice just keeps growing."
"I work 25 hours a week, I'm home for school pickup, and I earn more than I did as a senior manager. It genuinely feels too good to be true — but it's not."
Fill in the short form and our team will be in touch within 2 business days. There's no commitment at this stage — just a conversation.
We'd love to hear from qualified accounting, tax, or corporate secretarial professionals.
Yes — many professionals start with MyCo on a part-time basis while still in employment, transitioning fully once their portfolio reaches their target income. We're flexible on commitment levels, particularly in the first 6 months.
MyCo bills the client and remits 40–60% of net fees collected to you monthly. The exact rate depends on your experience level and the nature of the engagements. This rate is agreed and locked in at onboarding — it doesn't fluctuate. There are no deductions for platform use, software, or admin support.
MyCo maintains firm-level professional indemnity insurance that covers all engagements conducted under our registration. You do not need to carry your own PI policy while operating under MyCo. Details of the coverage are shared during onboarding.
You operate as an independent professional engaged by MyCo on a services agreement. You are not an employee — there is no CPF contribution from MyCo's side, and you are responsible for your own income tax. Many professionals prefer this structure for the autonomy it provides.
Our team matches incoming client enquiries to professionals based on specialisation, availability, and fit. You're always consulted before a client is assigned — you won't be handed a client you're not comfortable serving. As your track record grows, you may also receive referrals from within the MyCo network.
MyCo provides access to its core platform (document management, client portal, billing) at no cost. For accounting work, you'll use Xero or MYOB depending on the client — licences are covered. You can use your preferred tax or corp sec software, and we'll work with you on integration.
Yes — and this is encouraged. If you have an existing professional network or former clients who need accounting, tax, or corporate secretarial services, you can bring them onto the MyCo platform and serve them yourself. You'll earn the SGD $400 referral bonus once they've been active for 90 days, plus a permanent +5% uplift on your revenue share for that client. There's no cap on the number of clients you can refer.
There's no minimum hours requirement, but we do expect professionals to be genuinely available to their clients. As a guide, most successful part-time practitioners dedicate at least 15–20 hours per week. Full-time practitioners typically manage 25–40 hours depending on their portfolio mix.
