About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyCo website (www.myco.com.sg) and the client and professional portals operated by MyCompany (Singapore) Pte Ltd ("MyCo", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore with UEN 202023844E.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and professionals using our website and platform. They cover your use of the platform and website specifically. The terms governing the professional services we deliver to you — including scope, fees, service levels, and professional obligations — are set out separately in your Client Master Agreement and Letter of Engagement, which take precedence over these Terms in all service-related matters.
By accessing or using our website or platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or platform.
The Platform
MyCo operates a retained professional services platform consisting of a public marketing website, a client portal, a professional portal, and an internal administration panel. The client and professional portals are accessible only to registered and verified users.
Through the platform, clients may access their engagement documents, invoices, compliance deadlines, document vault, and messaging with their assigned professional. Professionals may manage their assigned clients, access firm resources, and communicate with clients.
Functionality available through the platform supplements — and does not replace — the professional services governed by your Letter of Engagement and Client Master Agreement.
Eligibility & Account Registration
To access the client or professional portal, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to act on behalf of the company or individual named in your engagement with MyCo
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential at all times
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at hello@myco.com.sg.
MyCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where there is reason to believe the eligibility requirements are not met, or where the account is being used in breach of these Terms.
Our Services
MyCo provides professional services to registered clients in the following areas: accounting and bookkeeping, corporate and personal tax, corporate secretarial, payroll and CPF administration, and business advisory. Each client is assigned a dedicated named professional from the MyCo platform.
The specific scope, fees, service levels, and obligations applicable to your engagement are set out exclusively in your signed Letter of Engagement, and are governed by your Client Master Agreement with MyCo. These service documents take precedence over these Terms in all matters relating to the delivery of professional services.
Important: Nothing on this website or platform constitutes professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice unless it forms part of a specific, signed engagement between you and MyCo. General information provided on the website is for informational purposes only.
Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, records, and instructions necessary for MyCo to deliver the services in your Letter of Engagement
- Notify MyCo promptly of any changes to your business, corporate structure, directorship, shareholding, or circumstances that may affect your engagement
- Keep your portal account credentials secure and confidential, and ensure only authorised persons access the portal on your behalf
- Review and respond to communications from your assigned professional or MyCo in a timely manner
- Pay invoices in accordance with the payment terms set out in your Letter of Engagement
MyCo's ability to deliver services on time depends on the timely provision of records and instructions. Delays caused by incomplete or late provision of information may affect service timelines and MyCo's liability for any resulting consequences.
Professional Obligations
Independent professionals operating on the MyCo platform are engaged pursuant to a separate Professional Services Agreement with MyCo. That agreement governs the professional's obligations, revenue share arrangements, confidentiality requirements, and non-circumvention obligations.
In addition to the Professional Services Agreement, professionals using the platform agree to comply with these Terms and with the policies set out in the Professional Portal, including MyCo's Quality Assurance standards and Platform Terms.
Professionals must not solicit or engage MyCo clients directly outside the MyCo platform, and must refer all client enquiries through MyCo as required by their Professional Services Agreement.

- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent
- Copy or replicate the platform's design, structure, or features for any commercial purpose

Any work product created by MyCo professionals in the course of your engagement remains subject to the intellectual property provisions of your Client Master Agreement.

This limitation of liability does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
